FAQs

Patriot Cable Solutions specializes in low-voltage design-build work, including structured cabling, Cat 6/Cat 6A data cabling, fiber-optic backbones, wireless & DAS preparation, server-room build-outs, and related documentation/testing. We also handle limited low-voltage extras such as CCTV and access-control runs, but our core focus is rock-solid network infrastructure.

Yes. Patriot Cable Solutions holds Arizona ROC license #313937 (CR-67: Low-Voltage Communication Systems). Our crews include BICSI-certified technicians and an RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) who signs every design.

Most projects can mobilize within 5-10 business days of a signed quote and deposit. Emergency repairs and MAC (Moves / Adds / Changes) can often be dispatched the same day in the Phoenix metro area.

Absolutely. We regularly schedule night and weekend shifts for office, healthcare, and retail clients that cannot afford daytime disruption. After-hours labor is billed at a standard differential, which will be outlined in your proposal.

For new installations we typically spec Cat 6A (10 Gbps) copper and OM4 or single-mode fiber for backbone links. Budget-sensitive retrofits may use Cat 6, but we’ll explain the trade-offs so you can decide with full information.

Yes. All designs include 20–30 % spare capacity in cable trays, rack units, and patch fields. We label every drop and provide digital as-builts so additional circuits can be added quickly without guesswork.

Every run is certified with Fluke DSX cable analyzers or OTDR traces for fiber. You receive the test reports plus a 25-year manufacturer performance warranty (Commscope, Leviton, or Panduit) and a one-year Patriot workmanship guarantee.

Our primary service area is the Phoenix metro—including Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, and Glendale. We also travel statewide for multi-site clients or data-center work; fuel or per-diem charges will be itemized up front.

We protect workspaces with drop cloths, HEPA-vac drill attachments, and cable-collapse guards. Daily progress is logged in a site diary, and debris is removed at the end of each shift. Many clients report “hardly knowing we were there.”

Yes. Our Cable-Plant Refresh service includes rack re-org, new patch panels, re-labeling, and updated documentation—often delivering major uptime and troubleshooting benefits without a full rip-and-replace.
